Day-by-Day Itinerary
- Arrive at Muscat International Airport. Meet & assist on arrival and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Muscat.
- Morning optional sea excursion to Dimaniyat Islands (famous for snorkeling & marine life). Afternoon photo stop at the Royal Opera House, visit the Bait Al Zubair Museum, Al Alam Palace, and stroll through the vibrant Muttrah Souq. Overnight in Muscat.
- Drive inland to Nizwa, visit the Nizwa Fort and Souq, explore the elegant Jabreen Castle, and stop at the UNESCO-listed Bahla Fort & Oasis. Overnight in Nizwa.
- Visit the mountain villages of Al Hamra and Misfat Al Abriyeen, continue through Wadi Ghul to the breathtaking Jebel Shams, known as the “Grand Canyon of Arabia.” Overnight at a mountain resort.
- Visit the date palm village of Birkat Al Mouz, then drive to Old Ibra and its traditional women’s market. Arrive in the golden dunes of Wahiba Sands, enjoy a thrilling 4x4 dune ride, and overnight in a desert camp under the stars.
- Start the day at Wadi Bani Khalid, one of Oman’s most scenic wadis. Visit the Sur Dhow Factory, then continue to Ras Al Hadd on the eastern coast. Overnight at beachside accommodation (turtle watching optional and seasonal).
- Return to Muscat via the stunning eastern coastline. En route, stop at Bibi Miriam’s Tomb (photo stop), the dramatic cliffs of Wadi Tiwi, the turquoise Bimmah Sinkhole, and the lush Wadi Arbayeen. Overnight in Muscat.
- Transfer to Muscat International Airport for your onward flight.
